Liability for Content

The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or up-to-dateness of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for Links and Embedded Content (e.g. Videos)

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties as well as embedded content such as videos (e.g. from YouTube or Vimeo). We have no influence on the content of these external sources. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages or media is always responsible for their content. The linked or embedded content was checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking/embedding. Illegal content was not recognizable at that time. However, permanent monitoring of the content of linked or embedded media without concrete evidence of a violation is not reasonable. Should we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
