Liability for Content
The content of our pages has been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up to date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law pursuant to § 7 (1) of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by us, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time we become aware of a specific legal violation. As soon as we become aware of such violations, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for Links and Embedded Content (e.g. Videos)
Our website contains links to external third-party websites as well as embedded content such as videos (e.g. from YouTube or Vimeo), over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages or embedded media. At the time of linking or embedding, the content was checked for possible legal violations; no unlawful content was identifiable. Permanent monitoring of linked or embedded content is, however, not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. As soon as we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such content immediately.
